Canadian Regional Sales Manager

Vice President of Sales

The VP of Sales has responsibility for Winsted’s global sales and directly manages a team of eight Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) for North America and Latin America and indirectly manages the RSMs in Europe and the Middle East. The role will optimize Winsted’s Go-to-Market model including the use of the RSMs, independent reps, dealers/integrators and consultants. The VP of Sales will focus on driving additional sales growth with existing accounts and developing new business in adjacent verticals and new geographies. Going forward, the VP of Sales will also build an integrated Inside Sales team.
