Under certain equipment demands, the horizontal cross-support between the base and slope sections of a base/slope console can be removed to create one additional rack mount space.
Top panels deliver solid or vented closure to base, base/slope, and top modules. Tops must be used when fan-driven thermal management options are used. Solid top panel is 3/4" high.
Based on installation needs, consoles can be shipped pre-assembled or knocked-down, ready for on-site assembly by you. Certified Winsted installers are available for an extra charge.
Top modules are add-on rack mount cabinets that deliver vertical equipment expansion options. Modules are available in 8U, 11U, 12U and 14U sizes, and include front and rear punched rack rails. Free front tapped rack rails are available upon request.
Wedges fit underneath top modules to enhance an operator's view of additional visual content. Wedges deliver a 12° downward equipment rotation.
Consoles are available in four sizes of base (14U)/Slope (8U, 11U, 12U, 14U) combinations. Slope sections deliver an ergonomic monitor viewing angle, and provide easy equipment access. Base sections are ideal for decks, CPUs, and limited-access electronics. Consoles include front and rear punched rack rails. Free front tapped rack rails are available upon request.
Side panels are available in both full and half-height styles. Convection-cooling side panel venting can be covered when thermal management fans are used.
Pedestals are used to raise the height of a console installation. Stainless steel front prevents wear on the front of the pedestal. Pedestals and pedestal-riser combinations create a flexible solution option to installation needs.
Consoles and top modules include front and rear punched rack rails. Rails are stamped with numbered rack increments. Free front tapped (10-32) rack rails are available upon request.
