 | To begin your WELS Download, enter your Email Address and Password in the
form below, then press the "Begin WELS Download" button. |

| Download | • The WELS installation program is called wels_setup.exe. |
| • When prompted to Run or Save this file - press Save. |
| • After downloading wels_setup.exe to your hard disk, run it to install WELS. |

| Notes | • Passwords are valid for 7 days. If your password has expired, request a new one. |
| • wels_setup.exe is approximately 8MB. WELS is approximately 30MB. |
| • If WELS is already on your computer - you can reinstall without removing the old version. |
| • After installing WELS, you can remove wels_setup.exe to save disk space. |
